That usually means you don't have a profile installed. The setting won't be there if you don't need it.

Im having the same problem. But once I get the device management option I'll be able to install apps that are not from the App Store. Just need to get the device management option to show.

Why do you want a profile?
You would get one from an app or feature that requires one and would provide you one to install.

But which apps allow you to have profiles? Can you please list some?

Unless you have a very high degree of trust, you should not install a profile. I have one on my phone so that I can install an app from my employer that I use as part of my job. Installing a profile from some random company or individual who says tells you it's a good way to get apps is a very bad idea.

If your employer has a profile they need you to install, they will need to tell you were to access it. Ask your IT department.

You'll only see Device Management in Settings>General if you have something installed. If you changed phones, even if you set it up from a back up, for security reasons, you'll probably have to re-install the profiles from the source.

Where is this profile coming from? You should ask whoever is providing the profile for assistance. If it's your employer, contact the IT department. If someone you don't know and don't have a trust relationship with is offering to give you an app in exchange or putting a profile on your phone, don't.
