For ease of use , you can check out Thonny IDE it is light weight and almost can be used up to a professional level.

I don’t bother about how many upvotes I have got!
I am recently using VS code and it is good for general purpose.
But for having a fast and error less coding environment you should use PyCharm.
I used Atom code editor for some days, but, for beginners, it’s not helpful!
I use PyCharm CE a lot!
