In a three year span Denis Villenueve made Sicario in 2015, Arrival in 2016 and Blade runner 2049 in 2017. I don’t think i can name any other director that made 3 great films in a row in that short amount of time. I also think he does an amazing job at portraying loneliness in his characters. How would you rank those 3 movies? Id say for me it’s arrival blade runner and then sicario. But all 3 are soooo good.
