So I am looking for movies where the budget was really low but the makers got an amazing look out of the limited budget. Recently I saw the Russian-made The Guardians, and although the story and script are a bit weak, the CGI work is excellent. Their budget was about 5 million bucks, they got an excellent return on their investment as look goes.I even wonder when the East catches up to Hollywood's CGI, if outsourcing computer imaging is going to be a problem?Edit: People, please notice the good look requirement. Blair Witch made a shit ton money and was equally shitty looking so it doesn't answer my question.
