Which agencies welcome and represent petite models?
The majority of agencies that welcome and represent petite models are agencies that have a lifestyle or commercial division. But do not shy away from submitting yourself to agencies outside of these divisions as there are some that could still sign you. Remember, anything is possible.
For example, I posted on Instagram a list of top modeling agencies that have at least one petite model in their website:
Click Models has Delfina Pia Rey at 5’6’’ and MiLK Management in the UK have signed a couple of petite models too.
Aside from these, there are plenty of smaller, boutique agencies who are more open to signing petite models, even if they have listed a height requirement on their website.

There are obviously more agencies out there other than this small list I put together. This is just to give you an idea that there are definitely agencies out there that represent petite models.
If you want to find more agencies that most likely will represent shorter models, just do a google search and type “talent model agency in X”, X being the area where you would like to be signed in.
The list above contains agencies that I believe are legitimate. When searching through agencies, cross-check their social media accounts and their website to ensure that the clients they have worked with line up. Use your best judgment.
At the end of the day, what matters is that you have the talent and you put in the work. If you have both, you will succeed.
