We've been without major release movies for ~8 months now, and honestly it doesn't seem like people are all that disappointed about any movie in particular

Like in the last 8 months, if Harry Potter 6 was supposed to have come out, or if Return of the King was getting pushed back, or even a Hunger Games movie. You know, some major franchise/major release. People would be upset. Like they are currently upset about Cyperpunk getting pushed back again and again. Are there really just no major franchises making highly anticipated movies right now? Marvel, yes, but their major storyline finished with Endgame. I don't even know what else there would be. Tenet getting pushed back/released went entirely under the radar for non-movie people. James Bond is a movie people will watch, but it's been 5 years since the last one. No one I know is particularly anticipating it. Same with the Top Gun sequel. Nothing on the level of an Avengers movie is getting pushed back.Surely I'm forgetting something right? via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2It0Gym
