For me, it's the Truman Show. To start, cast is near perfect. In the final scene, everything is great. The script, the acting, the set, the reaction of all the characters, all of it is perfect. The end brings a tear to my eye every time I watch it.Another one I will never forget is Inception. I still get goosebumps watching that movie.
