Just recently I watched this movie and I have to admit, what an amazing flick this is! But while I was watching it I was a bit confused as to why they kept showing Margot Robbie's character Sharon as she didn't seem to add anything to the story. I also was confused by the narration nearing the end of the movie. I remember thinking to myself "Who cares?" About it.After the movie ended I wanted to rewatch the ranch scene with Cliff and went on youtube. That is when I saw a comment about how the girls there looked noting like the "real manson girls". This is when I read up and learned the real historical event that happen and it made my appreciate the movie even more.But I feel like I made a mistake not knowing about the historical event before watching the movie.
