Is there a phobia of police?

How Cops Cope: Mental Health and Law Enforcement

Capiophobia (from the Latin word capio, meaning "arrest", and Greek phobos, "fear") is the fear of getting arrested, even for no apparent reason. This phobia is more widespread for people who often get in trouble. People who have this phobia would have to avoid getting in trouble. Even people who never get in trouble may still worry that they may get arrested for absolutely no reason. Sufferers would avoid encountering police, parked cop car, and police station. Hearing a police siren would often terrify capiophobes and would take cover. Capiophobia symptoms include trembling, shaking, loss of control, anxiety, and panic when encountering police. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is one method used to treat capiophobia.
