How's it possible that Jurassic Park, a film released 27 years ago, still goes toe to toe with any blockbuster film released since?

I'm watching it as I type this on Netflix and it's incredible just how good this film is after nearly three decades. The CGI still looks good. The Trex scenes are still as epic today as they were back then. Goldblum is still poppin off. About the only thing that gives away the age of the film is the "It's a UNIX system" scene, and honestly modern movies don't do computer scenes much better. So is Jurassic Park THAT good or has the quality of films just not kept up over the decades? via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2XRpGDK
